JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

General
Answer phone & direct calls.
Interface with customers & vendors.
Interface with warehouse, production & management staff
Other duties as assigned 

Retail Store
Rotate and stock inventory
Process retail, web, and phone orders for shipment
Pack orders for shipment
Wait on retail customers and ring up sales

Wholesale
Process wholesale orders in Peachtree Operating System
Generate all labels & paperwork to prepare orders for warehouse
Generate customers' "private labels"

REQUIREMENTS:
Computer skills
Good oral language skills
Basic math skills

Company training will include company's software systems, company operations and procedures, as well as knowledge of its more than 100 finished products.

HOURS:
M-F 9a - 6p with flexibility with employee's schedule and company's operational demands.  Additional hours may be required during company's peak season:  October - December.

PAY:
Hourly pay rate, commensurate with experience.
