GNS Foods Launches FILBERT & MCINTOSH Boutique Nut Boxes
(Arlington, Texas) GNS Foods, Inc., a nut and snack processor and a nut candy manufacturer, announces the launch of its new gift packaged line of products. The upscale bronze packaging features artistic renditions of McIntosh apples and a variety of nuts. The packages feature an assortment of products ranging from its best-selling praling pecans and its trademarked mix, Tender Baby Nutlets, to gigantic roasted salted cashews, Dutch apple pecans and French toast pecans. Packages are available in four sizes, allowing retailers to capture key price points: half-pound, one pound, 1.5 pound, and three pound. Retail price points range from $6.95 to $38.95. The premium packaging is unique in that it features two embossed and bronzed lids". Only one printer in the U.S. is capable of producing the bronze effect through a specialty rotogravure process. The company's own nuts modeled for the four-color artwork features on the packages' sides. GNS Foods processes more than 50 nut and snack products. It also manufactures nut candies: nut brittles, divinity, two styles of pralines, and nut logs.
